    This online payment system is provided by CC Avenue. Moon E Solution may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for Moon E Solution is India.

    Terms & Conditions

    Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

    BSNL, Cable TV or Internet payments are subject to the following conditions:-

    • All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees. The Moon E Solution reserves the right to change the rate at any time.
    • If the card supplier declines payment the Moon E Solution is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
    • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made using various online methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and e-wallets.
    • Processing Fees: Some payments may incur additional processing fees.
    • Payment Confirmation: A confirmation message will be sent upon successful payment.
    • Service Activation / Deactivation: Payments may take some time to process, affecting service activation or deactivation.
    • Customer Support: For any payment-related issues, users should contact Moon E Solution customer support.
    • Adherence to Laws: All transactions must comply with relevant financial regulations and laws.

      • Always ensure you are on the official website of the service provider when making payments.
      • Keep records of all transaction receipts and confirmation messages.
      • In case of any discrepancies, contact customer support immediately.

      Refund Policy

      Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Moon E Solution to refund the Price (or part thereof) unless such Price (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
